Grover is both an eminent mechanical and metallurgical engineer who started his career started with renowned Auto Jukar Germany and later on worked in Escots foundry, installing & operating induction furnaces. He has a vast and varied experience of steel making, Billet casting and rolling TMT bars and Structural sections. He is a hardcore shop floor engineer who worked in various steel plants & foundries.
