Dr.Grover is an eminent metallurgist, well known in India and international level for his contribution of developing stainless steel and construction steel. He is one of the first to develop induction furnace technology.
Dr.G.L.Grover is a mechanical and metallurgical engineer started his carrier by taking training in AUTO JUNKAR Germany and worked in Escots foundry for installing & operating induction furnaces.
Dr.G.L.Grover is hard core shop floor engineer and eorked in various steel plants and foundries for ferrous and nonferrous metals.
He was honored with "Udyog Bharati Award" in 2005. His group company Vinod International was awarded "International Excellence Quality award 2006 and 2007
He is one of the pioneer member for melting and rolling stainless steel frist time in india through induction furnace route in 1971.Hi has around 40 year experience to his credit working for steel projects in india as well as in gulf, Middle East & African countries.He has imported technical know how for developing turnkey projects, steel plants, non ferrous foundries and exported induction furnace, concast and rolling mills. He was instrumental to develop silica quartz ramming mass suitable for steel, copper alloys and manufacturing acidic ramming masses.
Recently, All India Induction Furnace Association has awarded him "Ispat Udyog Rattan Award" for his contribution to steel and metallurgical industries.
He is dedicated for metallurgical services to Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals.
Ater his Commerce Graduation to Expand his family business he did his MBA in Business Enteprenership & Management. Afterthis to xpertise for Marketing he completed his Mastr for Marketing. He received his practical training in Steel Plants & Transformer Manufacturing company & started developing business with his innovation & novel ideas
